We help people and teams fully know themselves, be clear on how they intend to lead, and then put this into practice. Does everyone in the organisation feel safe, confident, trusted and empowered to add value and contribute? Are they sufficiently and transparently aware of what is going on to do so effectively? Do the structures facilitate their voices being heard and responded to? Is there a meaningful vehicle through which everyone can innovate? Is the privilege of delegation properly in play? Is senior visibility, care and empathy sufficient to make all of this part of the DNA? 

 

Supporting the Design and Execution of Strategy

Does the organisation know where it is going and why? Does it understand its purpose and the reasons behind its existence and activities? Does it understand what it is not intended for? Does everyone recognise these things with conviction and awareness, and do they all support and champion them?

Is the organisation capable of dealing with a crisis, or concurrent crises, and making unerringly well-judged decisions at such a time? Has it considered its approach to an ethical conflict? Have worst case scenarios been considered and planned for? Does everyone know their role in a crisis? Has this been rehearsed and prepared for?   

 

Mentoring and Coaching

Supporting the professional development, resilience, growth and day-to-day performance of individuals and teams. Being available to help and act as a sounding board throughout.
